Citrus Creek Plantation is set on a 20 acre estate on the "wild" east coast of Dominica.  You'll find nothing ostentatious in its nine cottages and villas nestled within this tropical setting.  Luxury comes from the space, the plantation and the river.  Being close to nature coupled with the plantation ambience make guests feel right at home, like travellers being hosted in the cottage of an old friend, who lives on a tropical plantation.  Citrus Creek Plantation offers a peaceful heaven in a protected valley,  surrounded by hundreds of acres of prime tropical forests, just beneath the Morne  Trois Pitons National Park.  A totally preserved environment with no chemicals being used on the plantation.

The nine cottages and villas from 450 to 2,400 square feet are all unique.  Elegant architecture using stones and wood are all nestled in large landscaped tropical gardens. It uses simple, spacious, harmonious and efficient space with natural ventilation.  There are no TVs but wireless internet is available. The plantation uses renewable energy and river water catchments. Each cottage has its own kitchen.  Breakfast is free and is prepared in the cottages.  Guests can choose to eat at home or at the Plantation's on-site Riverside Café which serves local products cooked with a French touch, under a veranda facing the river.  A Dominican crew from the community takes care of the plantation and its guests.

You'll find a few European residents on the plantation including  the owner, The Dreamer,  Hervé  "RV" Nizard, French Entrepreneur in the Caribbean for 30 years, today a Dominican. He's a  man of passions, in love with the country and also deeply involved in the island’s development,  Aviator, Sailor, Director of Discover Dominica Authority and French Honorary Consul in Dominica.
